This "Dummy" Core occupies the empty spot on your Dual Baseplate when building up your Solo Kit into a Cruiser Kit. It's included in the Cruiser Kit and Completes and the Solo to Cruiser Kit Upgrade, but you can purchase it here separately if you need a spare or are doing a piecemeal upgrade.
